Nintendo Switch (OLED model) also includes a wide adjustable stand, a new dock with a wired LAN port for a more stable online play experience, 64 GB of internal storage, and built-in speakers with optimized audio for handheld and tabletop modes. Like Nintendo Switch, Nintendo Switch (OLED model) will allow you to play on your TV and share Joy-Con controllers for an even more fun multiplayer experience!
And like Nintendo Switch and Nintendo Switch Lite, Nintendo Switch (OLED model) can be taken anywhere, offering the versatility that this family of consoles is known for. A carrying case and screen protector for Nintendo Switch (OLED model) will also be available.
Nintendo Switch (OLED model) will include some improvements to the gaming experience in the three available modes:
- TV Mode: Dock Nintendo Switch (OLED model) to play Nintendo Switch games on your TV. Thanks to the built-in wired LAN port, users will have another chance to play online games in TV mode.
- Tabletop Mode: Open the kickstand on the back of the console and use the screen to play multiplayer games using the two included Joy-Con controllers. The wide adjustable stand provides a solid and sturdy base while still allowing users to freely tilt the console to choose their preferred viewing angle.
- Handheld Mode: Users can take the console wherever they go and use it in handheld mode to participate in multiplayer matches, either locally or online. The 7-inch OLED screen provides intense colors and high contrast.
